Long-term care application terms
The nursery may use these details only to review and respond to this long-term care application. Applying does not reserve or confirm a nursery place.
What this application does
The details you provide let Buttercups Nursery School understand the weekly care pattern and preferred start date you are looking for. The nursery reviews the application itself and may contact you to discuss availability or alternatives.
What it does not do
Submitting the form does not reserve care, create an offer, confirm a place or calculate staffing, funding or eligibility. Those decisions remain with the nursery and take place separately.
